PGDM + SAP Certification : Dual Specialization

ADP India : Open Positions :      Senior Dot Net Manager

    •         10 - 15 years of software development experience.

                •        5+ years of management experience, delivering at least one commercially successful enterprise class web  product, preferably in a SaaS environment; experience in managing through people (managers).

                •        3+ years of experience as an offshore manager for a US based (or equivalent) organization

                •        2+ years managing agile software development. Scrum Master Certification and other agile certification is a strong plus. Agile software development and management experience to include TDD, CI and agile project management tools such as Jira, Version 1, Rally

                •        Proven track record in delivering optimal business returns by prioritizing projects and managing scope while delighting the customers and managing their expectations

                •        Experience with development and deployment of large database (Oracle, MS SQL) applications

                •        Ability to solve problems with out of box thinking & approaches, iteratively and incrementally improve both products and processes

                •        Demonstrated experience in building world class organizations including hiring and developing great people, managing large teams; Excellent people and project management skills

                •        Excellent organizational and leadership skills, oral and written communication skills

                •        Ability to iteratively, incrementally and continuously improve processes and organization

Must have working knowledge in a majority of the following domains:

                 •        Offshore management, Organizational development, SOA/WOA, SaaS,  TDD, CI, .Net,  TFS, MVC, SQL, C#, XML/XSL, JSON, SOAP/REST, AJAX,  JavaScript, ASP.Net, VB.NET, QTP, nUnit, nHibernate, Entity Framework, Design Patterns, Web Services, SSL, HTTP, ESB, Splunk, Nagios, Performance Tuning, Platform Configuration/Tuning, Load Balancing, Disaster Recovery, Web Security

                •        Candidate's are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization

                •        Position is based in Hyderabad

·         Good academic record (at least 60%+ throughout academics)

·         Excellent communication skills
