At the end of the second semester, the student has a choice of opting Finance, Marketing or Human Resource as his specialization in accordance to his interest and the going industrial trend and human resource requirements of the industry.
       Accordingly he will go for an internship between the second and third semester.

Entry Requirement

Student should be a graduate from any  recognized university with :
       Min. of 50% in aggregate for general category and
       Min. 45% for ST/SC and OBC

    •         10 - 15 years of software development experience.

                •        5+ years of management experience, delivering at least one commercially successful enterprise class web  product, preferably in a SaaS environment; experience in managing through people (managers).

                •        3+ years of experience as an offshore manager for a US based (or equivalent) organization
